The Doctoral Student Progress Report Online is an on-line tool that allows you and your supervising professor to collaboratively set goals, then monitor and report on your progress toward those goals. You both create a concrete, permanent record of expectations and intentions, providing a kind of road-map to guide you along the path towards your degree.

Diplomas

Your graduation fee includes one diploma, but you can always order additional diplomas by using the Request For Diploma Reorder (PDF, 182KB) form. Diplomas are usually mailed out about 5-6 weeks after grades are posted.

Letters of Certification

If you need to provide verification that you’ve met all your degree requirements, in addition to your official UT Arlington transcript, you can request a Letter of Certification. You may be asked to provide such a letter when applying for a US work visa. You can also request this letter if you’ve been approved to graduate In Absentia in the next term. To request a letter, please submit a Request Letter of Certification of Graduation (PDF, 14KB) form.
