Texas college students under 22 years old must be vaccinated against bacterial meningitis before they can enroll in classes (Section 51.9192 of the Texas Education Code.) Being a graduate student is about more than learning your discipline. It’s about sharpening skills that will support your academic and professional career; juggling school, work and home life; and developing relationships with mentors and colleagues.
